Psyche-soma-sophical
Sarah is a Master Somatic Movement Therapist, providing integrative mind-body coaching that invites you into a process of encountering, exploring, and transforming patterns of embodied thought and behavior that no longer serve you. Together, we explore the psyche (mind) and soma (body) as distinct but connected aspects of being, and develop practices that support discovery and integration of fragmented self states. Integrative Somatic Therapy facilitates healing beyond talk therapy or other models based solely on cognition. The invitation of embodied processes into the therapeutic space enables a more complete exploration and reclamation of self and wholeness.
"The human body is not an instrument to be used, but a realm of one's being to be experienced, explored, enriched and, thereby, educated." - Thomas Hanna
